Who Am I​ (The “Unicorn” Story)

I didn’t start in tech; I started in the trenches of high-complexity human systems. With 20+ years as a School Principal and Licensed Administrator, I’ve managed 85+ staff and $1M+ budgets. I realized that the same frameworks I used to scale schools—UDL and MTSS—are the missing keys to successful AI adoption. Today, I am a 12x Google Certified AI Architect helping organizations build automation that people actually use.
